WELCOME TO THE
DOVER FOOTBALL LEAGUE
Our season begins for all divisions on August 10th, 2026. This will be a full 2 weeks of practice to get players conditioned and prepared for the season. If your child is new to tackle football- no worries! Our coaches are trained at getting your athlete prepared for the sport and the season.
There will be a JAMBOREE the weekend of August 22nd. More information to follow.
Practice Schedules and times will vary by individual division and coaches. All practices will take place at our home field on County Farm Rd in Dover NH. (The Courthouse).
Dover Football League is a part of the NHJFL. We play other towns in the state of NH and MA and follow their league rules and regulations.
Dover Football League provides helmets, pads, practice and game pants for each player included in your registration fee. Players are responsible for mouth guards, socks, and cleats.

We are a not-for-profit youth tackle football organization which provides a structured environment to encourage and develop local youth through athletic competition. Participants are provided opportunity to become stronger more self reliant members of their community while learning the fundamentals of football and teamwork. DFL unequivocally welcomes boys and girls from all walks of life to come together and compete.
Players must meet age requirements and be from the surrounding community: either a student within SAU 11 or in close proximity whereby the local school district does not have a program for that athlete to participate in. We gladly accept and encourage players from the towns of Barrington and Nottingham.
