President
NICK COURTURIER
Nick has served as the President of Dover Football League for a number of years. A former Dover Green and UNH Wildcat with many years of football under his belt as player, coach, and administrator; he has been mentoring and serving the youth of Dover with his dedication to the program and the continued growth and development of young players.
Vice President
BILL RENY
Bill has been a coach for DFL for 4 years after getting involved when both his sons joined the league. He brings his knowledge of football after playing for Maine Maritime Academy. He is currently the Junior division head coach. His attention to detail and commitment to the planning is paramount to the success and growth of this program moving forward. He is know among the group as Coach Billicheck.
Treasurer
DAVID DEVOY III
David has been our treasurer since 2022 and a natural born athlete. In his short few years on the board, he has been a huge asset to our organization and has played a significant role in the fundraising efforts to grow our league. His many hours of volunteering have helped to shape the future for our kids to continue to flourish on and off of the field.
League Coordinator
JUSTIN CROWLEY
Justin is a behind the scenes guy we pushed to the forefront. He splits his time with aiding the youth program by helping bridge the gap with the DHS Green Wave where he is a full time coach. His dedication to the program and the kids is impressive. He has a long history with the Green Wave from being a player to coaching both the youth level and the current DHS players.
Head Coach
RICH SLATTERY
Rich is currently the Head Coach for our league. He leads the Senior Division with the support of several alumni athletes. He continues to look for ways to grow and shape the future of your young athletes before they set off to play for the highschool.
EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR
NARIEL DARRELL-COLBATH
Nariel joined the DFL program when her son showed an interest in the sport. From the very beginning, Nariel has jumped in to help with all of our equipment needs and has spent many hours in collecting, cleaning, and organizing all of our helmets, jerseys, and pads. We are excited to have her on the board this year as her commitment to our program has been unmatched.
SECRETARY
RYANNE BIANCHI
Ryanne joined the board in 2023 after a year of watching her son playing and her husband coaching. She is a well-organized addition to the team adding insight and structure when not busy selling houses. Her ability to get things done has been greatly appreciated and she will be here for years to come making waves for the Dover Greenwave!
